Buy-Back Loan allows a client to access funding using a valuable item such as a luxury watch, fine jewelry, diamond, or precious metal as collateral.

The process works as follows:
- The client temporarily leaves the item with Xammany Luxury's local bank in insured and secured storage.
- Xammany Luxury provides funding based on the item’s current market value.
- The client keeps the option to buy back the item by repaying the loan amount and agreed loan fees.
If the loan is fully repaid, the item is returned to the client.

Your Credit Score is Always Approved! Our Buy-Back loan is approved based on your items and not your personal credit score. It is nonrecourse collateral loan, and it has nothing to do with your personal credit history.

BUY-BACK LOAN STRUCTURE
Cost To Borrow
A client pledges a Rolex watch as collateral.
Loan Amount: $20,000.
Monthly Loan Fee: $2000.
If the client repays: $22,000. in full plus any remaining loan fees
the Rolex watch is returned.
The client may request for a new loan at any time with the same or other qualified item.
- I acknowledge and understand the terms of the Buy-Back Loan agreement.
- I understand that failure to submit full payment by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the pledged collateral and termination of my loan.
TransparencyBefore any loan begins, clients receive:
- A written agreement
- Clear payment schedule
- Loan fee disclosure
- Florida pawnbroker statutory notices
Monthly Fee Covers
Please review each section carefully for your understanding:
- Use of the capital (interest)
- Insurance protection for the item (bank)
- Secure storage (bank)
- Administrative and compliance costs (Xammany Luxury)
All terms are fully disclosed in the written loan agreement before the transaction begins.
- I understand that the loan fee is due every thirty (30) days and includes coverage for storage, insurance of the loan value, and agreed interest charges.
- I understand that my account is currently in default due to non-payment.
The goal is clear expectations, transparency, and no surprises.

Simple Example: Electric Bill
All loan payments are due on the 15th of each month.
If your loan starts before the 15th, you only pay for the number of days you used the loan before the next payment date.
Example:
- Loan Start Date: on June 5th
- Monthly Loan Fee: $1,000
- Next Payment Due: on June 15th
Easy Math:
- $1,000 ÷ 30 days = $33.33 /day
- June 5th to June 15th = 10 days
- 10 × $33.33 = $333.30
✅ Your first payment due on June 15 is $333.30
After that, your regular monthly payment will be $1,000 due every 15th of the month until the loan is fully paid off. The item will be returned to the client within 24-48hrs of payment is received pending on bank schedule.

- I acknowledge that no further extensions are guaranteed and any prior accommodation does not modify the original agreement unless provided in writing.
To maintain secure and traceable transactions, the Company may require:
- Verified payment methods
- Matching client identification
- Wire transfer verification
- Zelle confirmation
- Bank cashier’s checks
- Payment source review
The Company may reject:
- Anonymous payments
- Third-party payments without verification
- Untraceable transactions
- Cash payments exceeding internal risk thresholds
Buy-Back & Redemption

Under the Florida Pawnbroking Act, a pawn transaction generally has:
- A 30-day maturity period from the date of the loan.
- Then an additional 30-day grace/redemption period after maturity.
If the client does not redeem or extend the loan within that additional 30 days:
- The pledged item is automatically forfeited to the pawnbroker by operation of law.
- Ownership transfers to the pawnbroker.
- No further notice is legally required.
Florida law also states:
- Extensions are allowed only by mutual agreement between the client and pawnbroker.
- There is no legal requirement for a pawnbroker or investor to continue granting extensions.
- Pawn service charges may continue accruing according to the written agreement.
Florida Forfeiture Law
Under Florida Statute Chapter 539, the client has 60 days from the loan due date to redeem the item.
If the loan and fees are not paid within this period: The collateral is considered forfeited. Ownership of the item legally transfers to the lender.
Default
A loan may enter default if:
- Loan fees are not paid
- The loan term expires
- The agreement terms are not followed
Default means the loan is no longer in good standing but may still be redeemable during the allowed period.
If the loan is not redeemed by that date the item becomes the lender’s that is (Xammany Luxury) property.
The loan is in default pursuant to the terms of your written agreement and applicable Florida law governing pawn and collateral transactions, including Florida Statutes Chapter 539.
Under your agreement, each monthly payment is subject to a five (5) day grace period. Your account has accumulated sixty (60) days of non-payment, whether consecutive or non-consecutive, beyond the applicable grace periods.
Forfeiture
This decision is contractual and statutory. It is not subject to further negotiation. All future communication must be in writing.
Following forfeiture and expiration of all redemption rights, Xammany Luxury is authorized to dispose of the collateral, including through private sale, liquidation, or other lawful means.
The loan remains closed and inactive. No further redemption rights exist.
