    XAMMANY Luxury Capital deals with serious jewelry, watches, diamonds and gold.

    Because these items can be worth a lot of money, we do not just take someone’s word for it. We have to make sure the client is real, the item is real and the person has the legal right to use it.

    Florida has rules for this type of business under Chapter 539 and businesses in this category are regulated by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services. 


    What Clients May Need to Provide

    A client may be asked for:

    • Original receipt 
    • Certificate 
    • Appraisal 
    • Service record 
    • Ownership statement 
    • Any proof showing the item was legally purchased or received 


    When We Can Refuse an Item

    XAMMANY Luxury Capital can say no if:

    • The item looks fake 
    • The item cannot be verified 
    • The ownership is unclear 
    • The item may be stolen 
    • The story does not make sense 
    • The paperwork does not match 
    • The client refuses to answer basic questions 
    • The transaction feels unsafe or suspicious

    This may include checking identification, confirming ownership, reviewing documents, authenticating the item, checking serial numbers, reviewing condition and keeping secure records.

    We may ask for receipts, certificates, appraisals, service records or any documents that help prove lawful ownership.

    XAMMANY Luxury Capital reserves the right to refuse any item or transaction that raises concerns about ownership, authenticity, fraud, stolen property or suspicious activity.

    This protects everyone involved.

    Clients Acknowledgement

     By engaging in business with Xammany Luxury Capital, clients acknowledge and agree that:

    • Compliance verification procedures are required
    • Asset authentication may be conducted
    • Transactions may be delayed pending review
    • The Company may refuse transactions that do not meet compliance standards
    • All information provided must be truthful and accurate

     

    Xammany Luxury Capital reserves the right to:

    • Update this policy at any time
    • Implement additional compliance procedures
    • Modify verification requirements
    • Adjust transaction standards based on regulatory developments or operational risks

    Clients may be asked to provide updated documentation periodically.


     Know Your Customer (KYC) Procedures:


    We required Individual Client Verification before conducting any transaction, the Company may require:

    • Valid government-issued photo identification
    • Proof of residential address
    • Phone number verification
    • Email verification
    • Selfie verification when necessary
    • Signed ownership declaration
    • Signed transaction acknowledgment forms
    • Source of funds or source of asset information when applicable

    Accepted forms of identification may include:

    • Driver’s license
    • Passport
    • State identification card
    • Permanent resident card

    The Company reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
