With experience across New York corporate operations, Rhode Island manufacturing, product development, retail execution and high value client service, Xammany developed a rare command of both the technical and commercial side of luxury. She understands the difference between something that simply looks expensive and something that carries real market value.
Her work connected design, engineering, production, merchandising, sourcing, retail strategy and client experience. She helped move luxury concepts from idea to finished product, making sure each piece met the standards expected by the world’s most demanding houses.
Throughout her career, Xammany worked directly with fine jewelry, luxury timepieces, product development, retail operations, high value sourcing and the global secondary market. That insider knowledge gave her a sharp understanding of how luxury assets are designed, manufactured, priced, marketed, collected and traded.

Xammany Vongratsamy did not build her career by staying comfortable.
Her journey in the luxury industry was built through risk, resilience and a standard for excellence that came from real experience. At one point in her career, she made a decision most people would never understand. She walked away from the security of corporate leadership and accepted a major pay cut to move from luxury product development into elite retail and high value client relationships.
That move changed everything.
Xammany had already worked behind the scenes where luxury is designed, developed, manufactured and prepared for the world’s most respected retail floors. She understood how fine jewelry and watches were made from the inside out. But she wanted more than corporate meetings and product plans. She wanted to understand the client. The collector. The buyer. The person sitting across the table making real decisions with real money.
From product development and manufacturing to helping open luxury jewelry and watch boutiques in major markets, Xammany learned every side of the business. She opened stores for some of the most respected names in fine jewelry and watches, including Tiffany & Co., Cartier, Vhernier, Rolex and Patek Philippe.
Her career expanded from product creation into luxury sales, client relationships, sourcing, buying and the secondary market. She learned how people buy luxury. She learned why they collect. She learned how they protect wealth through jewelry, watches, diamonds and gold. She also learned that most people have no idea what they truly own.
Through setbacks, hard lessons and major career shifts, Xammany kept evolving. She did not stay trapped inside a title, a company or someone else’s version of success. She took everything she learned from luxury manufacturing, retail, valuation and client service and built something of her own.
